Motorbike Safaris Around Lake Magadi

Magadi: A weekend getaway out in nature, with a sky full of stars, whilst being lulled to sleep by the sound of a river, then this is the location for you. An easy 3-hour drive from Nairobi. You need to bring all your camping gear with you. Enjoy motorbike rides along Lake Magadi and see some beautiful flamingos.

Magadi only: Drive out to Magadi a 3-hour drive from Nairobi. Meet our Maasai guides who will lead you to the conservancy where you'll be camping for the night. Setup camp and head out for a hike at one of the many surrounding hills. Get back to camp, cook some dinner and enjoy a fire under a sky full of stars.

Magadi only: Wake up, make some breakfast. It gets quite hot early in the morning, so have light clothing with you. Get on motorbikes and head out to Lake Natron as your first stop. You'll do a 30-minute hike atop a hill overlooking this beautiful lake bordering Kenya and Tanzania. You'll then have the very unique experience that is motorbike safaris out in the open savannah. Catch sightings of giraffes and zebras among other herbivores. Ride through Lake Magadi with stunning views and hundreds of flamingos. Drive back to Nairobi around 2 pm.

2-Day Camping & Motorbike Safaris

Camp out in the open Savannah plains with trees and hills and a sky full of stars. This conservancy tends to get thick star cover and you can see the milky way in its full expanse here at night. There is a river by the campsite. The price includes camping and conservancy fees alone. You'll pay a guide fee of $30 a night, plus if you'd like to go to the nearby lakes Magadi and Natron you'll pay $10 and if you wanna do motorbike safaris, they cost $25.
